If you request a domain follow-up, we may collect the domain name, expiry date and preferred follow-up method. If you use these options, we may also collect a suggested consultation time or service feedback and your optional publication permission. The website form does not ask for payment details or passwords.
How we use it
We use the information to review and respond to inquiries, prepare a quotation or provide a service by agreement, follow up on a request, handle a manual domain follow-up or proposed appointment, meet legal obligations and protect our request records. Feedback is not published automatically; it is only considered for public use when you give explicit permission. We do not use the contact form to send automated marketing messages.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a database associated with the website hosting service provided by Cloudflare. Access to request details is limited to authorized users of a protected administration area. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to operate the website under their service terms.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell contact information. We may share the minimum necessary information with a service provider when arranging a domain, email or hosting service, or where required by law. We retain a request for as long as needed to follow up on the service and related obligations, then delete or minimize it when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
The customer file upload portal is not currently enabled, and this site does not receive files through it. When enabled, upload links will be time-limited and uploaded files will be deleted automatically within 60 days. Do not upload passwords or payment details.
Your data rights
Where legally available, you may ask to access, correct or delete data associated with your request by contacting us through the contact form and providing the request number. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Data protection
We use available access controls and secure connection features provided through the hosting service, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information through the contact form.

We may update this policy when our services or requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
